Shark ESMS v2 summary

A summary of changes introduced into Shark ESMS v2.

• Site Name shown on defects bar.
  
  
• Addition of Thermographic Survey to the Electrical Compliance 'ESMS' section.
  This is an upload only inspection similar to 'Fixed wiring' and 'PAT'.
  
• Site specific New Tasks groups to be editable by Administration user
  
  
• Inspection and test menu reports form and Upload New Report Form to to have superflous text removed.

Others Groups to be added by Administration user

• Task - Under Task groups and Local to each site Can be edited and added to added by manager and to show Name and date due
• Defect handling to be upgraded
• Upload Defect forms to be be simplified, i.e. reference to previous defects actions to be removed.

Defects

Modifications to Defects include:

• The addition of Defect types 'e.g. Electrical Maintenance', 'Mechanical Maintenance' and 'General Safety'. This will affect existing forms: in the managers dashboard the Add a Task form, Defect list form and the Add a defect form
• Addition of Defect Flag Any defect to be flagged by Manager or Engineer
• Both existing and new ESM defects, including Thermographic, will be automatically set to Type Electrical.
  Defects raised by Tasks will have a default setting, based on Task Group, the default type can be changed at task level by site management and then by the Engineer for specific defects.
• All Defect catgory (1, 2 or 3) to have label changes in relevant forms.

• Site Menu page - existing Carry out Inspection changes to Carry out Inspection/Maintenance and links to 2nd Menu page rather than the v1 Carry out inspections Page
• 2nd Menu page - new - Carry out Inspection/Maintenance showing links to ESMS and Task groups. EMS link to go to V1 Carry out inspection page
• The other links to go to Carry out tasks list with Task type field set to the relevant Task Group
• New task form
• New Engineers Defect form
• New Engineers Action Defect form
• Engineers Emergency Lighting - Carry out inspection form To have Due date of next Annual Test added to existing form

Administration

• In the Administration Master section - Add Task Groups To include Electrical Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance and General Safety Inspections with options to edit, archive or add new Groups.
• In the Customer section under sites a new colum for Task Groups to select Task Groups for each site
