The IET Code of Practice1 includes self assessement multiple choice questions to enable an organization to gain an understanding of the current approach to a particular activity.
Companies that use a self assessment audit (often based on the IET COP) to assess the current state and implementation of their electrical safety managment can store the blank form, upload the completed one which gives a percentage figure for the compliance procedures and status.
The Compliance block shows the the audit score for the site.
For multiple site dashboard it will shows the site with the lowest score.
Selecting it brings up the compliance panel with:
This score is purely based on the completed self assesment audit and is not affected by the state of any electrical compliance inspections.
Using Google live maps, this will show all sites that the login being used is registered for, generally e.g. Area or national managers will show multiple site pins.
Only available at site level this shows the trend by month,of Category 1, 2 and 3 defects for the the last 12 months.
More than 250 defects will go off the scale and not be shown.
A list of the company electrical safety alerts, these can be downloaded and viewed.
These can be uploaded by Shark ESMS administration or any manager with Nation Level access.
To add an alert without National level access please email the document to Shark ESMS administration and it will be added.
Only available on the site dashboard, this panel shows the due date of the next three inspections.
